Often it is more cost-effective to process plate goods, the ambient temperatures do not allow for powder spraying, or only plate goods are available in the respective country. To be able to press this material, it has to be crushed. This is where our granulator comes into play.
The granulator, also called a crusher, is available for mechanical crushing of paraffin wax plates by means of a cutting roll. All commercial plates made of paraffin wax or similar materials can be processed. The particle size lies between 5 mm and 30 mm. This machine can be positioned before the extruder systems for household candles or pillar candles. The output amounts to a maximum of 3,000 kg/h. Optionally an inclined belt conveyor can be realized to transport the granulate from the crusher to the extruder press.
