The production cycle for candle manufacturing in the machine is divided into the following steps:
- Preheating the molds with water
- Pouring the wax
- Cooling the molds with water
- Removing the excess wax
- Discharging candles from the mold forms
- Gripping the finished candles
- Cutting the wick to the desired length
- Manual removal of the finished candles
- Candle sizes: Up to Ø 27 mm (up to Ø 75 mm / Ø 3″ for pillar candles) / up to 300 mm height
- Capacity: Up to 1,500 candles/hour (depending on diameter and amount of mold forms)
