The heart of the system is a hydraulic extruder press HKP, which can process up to 1,200 kg of paraffin powder or granulates per hour. A rotating cutting knife, model SM-100, cuts the strand produced by the press into pieces of a certain length that can be adjusted on the touch panel of the press. The candles then are fed into the following 1-fold, 2-fold or 3-fold milling machine and get their head and base shaped.
