Apart from individual machines, HERRHAMMER also delivers full turn-key plants for candle production. This also includes machines for production of aluminum cups and the handling of all types of cups.
Aluminum tealight tumblers or tealight cups are drawn or pressed in fractions of a second or the customer has them delivered finished like other cups or cup types. Then they have to be sorted and oriented correctly so that they can be processed further by the plant into the correct position.
Quite the challenge at a production of up to 150,000 tealights per hour. Apart from the output, the aluminum tealight cups in particular are very thin and can be easily deformed. Our high performance sorters are built exactly for this purpose.
If one of the tealight cups has been bent out of shape during transporting, our high speed quality monitoring systems remove them again.
